📦 Custom Products – All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of DTF Gang Sheets and UV DTF Gang Sheets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-printed items unless there is a clear error on our part.

❌ We Do NOT Offer Refunds or Reprints For:

Incorrect file uploads
Low-resolution artwork submitted
Misspellings or design errors in user-provided files
Improper application of transfers
Color variation due to screen differences

✅ We Will Offer a Reprint or Refund If:

You receive the wrong size or design
The product is damaged during shipping
There is a clear printing issue caused by us

📸 What to Do If There's a Problem

If you believe there’s an issue with your order:

📷 Take clear photos of the product and packaging
📧 Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@printingmaryland.com
🔍 Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days

🕒 Processing Refunds or Reprints

Once your claim is approved, we will:

Reprint and ship your corrected order at no extra cost
OR
Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method
